What Happened To Your Order
By Liam BensonEstimated Read: 1 Min
I owe you the truth.
If you pre-ordered a hoodie or sweatpants, you've been waiting. And you've heard nothing. No updates. No shipping confirmation. Nothing.
That's not because we forgot about you.
Our emails weren't reaching you.
Our email system failed silently. On our end, everything looked like it was sending. It wasn't. Every update, every support reply, every follow-up. None of it reached you. We were talking, and you were hearing silence.
I know what that silence felt like. It felt like we didn't care.
That was never the case.
We tore it down and rebuilt it.
The moment we found the problem, we rebuilt the entire system from scratch. New infrastructure. New verification. A completely clean system so nothing falls through again.
Your order is still on track.
It’s not lost. The original shipping window was 4 to 8 weeks. We sent emails to keep you updated along the way, the same emails that never reached you. Your hoodie, your sweatpants, everything you ordered. It's coming.

But I'm not going to hide behind a timeline. Silence breaks trust, even when the timeline hasn't technically been missed. I know that.
Reach out. We have something for you.
If you have any question about your order, anything at all, email us directly:
support@seekjesus.co
If you emailed us before, email us again. If we replied during the broken window, our response never reached you. This time it will. A real person. Not a help desk. Not a bot. Someone who will personally follow up with you.
You stuck with us through the silence. That deserves more than an explanation.
This brand isn't about clothing.
I didn't take over Seek Jesus to run a clothing company. I took it over because two words on a hoodie can change the direction of someone's day. Someone sees it. Someone asks about it. A conversation starts that wouldn't have happened otherwise. That's the whole point.
You believed in that enough to put your money behind it before you ever held the product. That means something. And I refuse to let this experience be the thing you remember about us.
Thank you for your patience. We're going to make this right.
With faith and gratitude,

Under New Management
By Liam BensonEstimated Read: 1 MinFebruary 4th, 2026Let me be honest with you from the start.
Seek Jesus has room for improvement.
Orders that never shipped. Returns that went unanswered. Refunds that never came. Emails that disappeared into the void. If you're one of the people who trusted us with your money and got burned, I want you to know something: I see you. And I'm sorry.
I didn't cause these problems. But I did just buy this company. And that means they're mine now.
So let me tell you who I am, what happened, and where we're going.
Who I Am
My name is Liam Benson. I'm 24 years old. I'm a follower of Jesus, and I've spent the last several years building businesses that I believe in.
When I first came across Seek Jesus, I didn't see a broken company. I saw where I wanted to pour the next decade of my life.
I saw a brand that had connected with people in a way that most brands only dream of. Hundreds of thousands of people who wanted to be part of something. People who wanted to share their faith through what they wear. People who got genuinely excited about representing Jesus.
That kind of connection is rare. That kind of energy is rare. And I knew I had the skill sets to take what was built and make it into something extraordinary.
Romans 12:6 says, "We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith."
I believe we're called to use our gifts in accordance with our faith. Building brands, rallying people around a mission, scaling something from the ground up. Those are my gifts. And this is where I'm supposed to use them.
What Went Wrong
I want to be transparent about the situation I inherited.
The previous ownership struggled to keep up with demand. Systems broke down. Customer service fell apart. Thousands of ambassador applications sat untouched. People who placed orders waited weeks, then months, then gave up.
The trust that was built over years eroded quickly.
I'm not here to make excuses for any of that. I'm here to fix it.
The Plan
We have an incredible plan in place to make things right.
First, we're working through every single outstanding customer service issue. Returns. Exchanges. Refunds. If you've been waiting, your wait is almost over. We're handling it.
Second, we're relaunching the Ambassador program in a major way.
(By the way, if you're an ambassador join the new community here: https://discord.gg/seekjesus)
There are over 335,000 people who applied to become ambassadors and never heard back. That number still blows my mind. These are people who wanted to represent this brand, share the Gospel through what they wear, and be part of something bigger than themselves.
We're going to take care of you. Every single one of you.
The Team
I'm not doing this alone.
The team I'm assembling is truly incredible. These are people who have built brands from the ground up, scaled companies to eight figures, and most importantly, share the same heart for this mission.
You're going to be seeing a lot of us very soon. Videos. Content. Behind the scenes. We want you to know who we are, how we think, and what we're building. No corporate walls. No polished PR speak. Just real people doing real work for a mission we believe in.
If you're incredibly talented - reach out to us on IG because we ARE hiring.
The Mission
At the end of the day, this is about one thing: seeking Jesus.
That's it. That's the mission. Everything else is just the vehicle.
The clothes. The ambassadors. The content. The community. All of it exists to point people to Jesus.
I didn't buy Seek Jesus to flip it. I didn't buy it for a quick profit. I bought it because I believe it can be one of the most powerful faith-based brands in the world. And I believe the people who have been waiting on the sidelines deserve a chance to be part of that.
What I'm Asking From You
Patience.
That's it. Just a little patience.
We're moving fast, but doing things right takes time. If you're waiting on a refund or a return, it's coming. If you applied to be an ambassador years ago and never heard back, we're coming for you too.
Stick with us. Watch what we're building. And when the time comes, I hope you'll join us.
This is a new chapter for Seek Jesus. And I'm grateful you're here for it.
With faith and gratitude,
